The Mansion sleeps up to 14 guests in beds

The Dining room seats 10 guests

The Living Room holds up to 50 seated or 75 standing guests

The ceremony garden holds 150 seated and the reception area holds 150 seated at tables.

Fees & Deposits

A $1,500 deposit is required to reserve your date, and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees for events range $3500-$5500 depending on guest count and space rented.

$3600/week (6 nights, 7 days) .. $1600/weekend (2 nights, 3 days).

$4200/week for holiday weeks...

 Guest house may be available seperately for $650 for the week.
