Event Services

Couples like the owners’ friendly attitude and the Mansion’s romantic charm. The Acacia books only one wedding a weekend, with large summertime weddings held in the evening, when the mansion becomes a wonderland of twinkle lights. Even the oaks, orange trees, and the three stately palms out front are lit up. You can have your ceremony in front of the fireplace or in the rose garden, and then dance the night away on the lighted patio.

CEREMONY CAPACITY: Outdoors, the Garden area seats up to 100 guests; indoors, the Living Room holds up to 50 seated guests.

EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The Lawn Area holds up to 100 seated or standing guests. The Living Room holds up to 30 seated or 75 standing guests.

MEETING CAPACITY: The living room holds up to 50 seated guests.

Fees & Deposits

A $1,500 deposit is required to reserve your date, and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $3000-5000 depending on guest count and space rented.

Meals range $25–50/person. Tax and an 18% service charge are additional.
